Books

I have been tagged by Jayant now! So, here goes!

Total number of books I own:

70-75 (excluding School books)

Last book I bought:

‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows’ by J.K.Rowling

Last book I was gifted:

‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows’ by J.K.Rowling.(I don’t earn myself. So, if my parents buy a book for me, it will be a gift for me)

I am currently reading:

School Books of 11 subjects. No time to read story books.L

3 books I started reading but never completed:

‘Sherlock Holmes’-Volumes 1 and 2 by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and the Kakababu series by Sunil Gangopadahaya

One book which I gave to somebody else, but never got back:

Thankfully, there is no such book.

Total number of E-books I own:

Zero

My most treasured books:

My Harry Potter collection without a doubt

My Tintin collection. Out of 22 Tintin books, I have got 18 books.

‘First, Second and Third forms at St.Clare’s’ and ‘Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Forms at Malory Towers' , both by Enid Blyton. They are special because they were gifted to me by my cousin, Woodsmoke.

Who am I going to tag?
Titash and Dhrubo.

You've got so much of Harry Potter in your tag :) I think I might, too, in mine but I made it a long time back so don't remember now.

And 11 subjects, god. You ICSE (I assume that's what your board is?) people really get crushed by your books, don't you.

And wow, you have 18 Tintins?!! Amazing! Wish there was some way I could borrow them! I'd keep them nicely and return them on time, of course :)

I visited the blog after a long time...and I must say,you're quite the bibliophile.I have none of the Tintins so I'm a bit of a green eyed monster there!Anyway,its great to know that there are people left in this world who aren't dead above the shoulders!

wow that's a great collection really!! im impressed :)
btw, i don't see any point in collecting e-bboks either..i mean, in that case u don't 'own' the book in the real sense of the wrd - that bound hard copy with beautiful covers and lots of dog-eared pages. and like somebody somewhere has said, what's the point in having a book that u can't curl up in bed with?! :)

All in all great going!!

@everyone
Sorry for not being able to give individual replies at the moment:-(
But, thanks to all for praising my collection.I'll give individual replies as soon as my exam is over.

But, there is one person to whom I will give a separate reply....

@anonymous
I'm stupid enough? How can I be stupid enough just because I don't have e-books? I don't like e-books. You might like them and might find them useful. But, that doesn't mean that you can underestimate the rest of the world for not collecting e-books.

@Deeps
I do read one book apart from those 11 books, but not during the exams. I read a story book when normal classes go on.:-)

@Titash
I'll see the tag then.:-)

@Amiya Didi
Yes, ICSE is my board.And,
you're welcome to read all my Tintins.:-)

@Dhrubo
You don't have any of the Tintins? But surely, you must have read some of them by borrowing from someone. Which one do you like the most?:-)

@Kanu
Thanks.:-)
I'll make sure that my stock goes on increasing.

@Kavya
I can't tell you how happy I am after seeing ur comment.I had been so angry with our 'anonymous' friend here.
I am so glad that u agree that there is no point in collecting e-books.:-)They just give you so much pain.

@Deepti Di
:-)Thanks
