I think it was mostly the picnicky feel of it and all that food you mentioned that I'm sure must be yum but I have no clue about (vegetarian), just the way it used to be with those very Enid Blytonish foods like liquorice and ginger ale. :) Good to know you had such a great time out. And oh my god, Vedic Village is that resort that recently got burned down by some loons after a football match, isn't it? Must have been creepy to read about that incident after you'd been there yourself some time back.

I'm going through blogs again after such a loooong time today. Its a tradition to present new clothes to your near and dear ones before the Durga Puja. The Puja is round the corner now. So, that day, we all had presented those clothes to one another and that's what I had meant by 'Puja gifts'. :-)

@Woodsmoke
Thanks. :-) Even I missed you very much that day and I missed you even more the day we went to Vedic Village...When Mammam was cooking,I was thinking about you because I knew that you would have enjoyed the food the most.

@Rohit
:-)

@Subhadipda
Yeah,its fun to have a family which is not only big, but also jolly most of the time!
My father's office is at Exide.:-)

@Salty seaweed
Well, I'm glad you visited my blog and I'll visit your blog too.:-) And yeah, hopefully, we'll catch up soon!Butterflyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04221130273905837494noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31162978.post-61679428032299818462009-08-22T15:06:51.703+05:302009-08-22T15:06:51.703+05:30sinjini! how are youuu?! been talking to soorma on...sinjini! how are youuu?! been talking to soorma on gtalk coz she doesnt have msn and she told me abt ur blog. awesomee blog u hv here! mine is so much crappier compared to yours. haha. but anw, shall still link you;

http://tantalisingdesires.blogspot.com/

so yep. miss you loads! hope we can catch up sooon (:
muah!salty seaweedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11123125196075043746noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31162978.post-32797745734411831922009-08-18T22:49:42.069+05:302009-08-18T22:49:42.069+05:30Super! A lovely blog and a lovely picture.
Wonderful ...Hi!
A lovely blog and a lovely picture.
Wonderful to read that you have had so much joy. These are things to treasure.
So much fun on the picture, and you sitting with a smile “Yes, we made it!”
I tried to look up what puja gifts were, but I couldn’t get it clear. Here, when visiting someone we give that person a small gift as a thank-you for the hospitality. But I read on the internet about a ceremony. Can you explain it please?nannyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05481615482702461764noreply@blogger.com
